Using the public website

You may browse the public IrregularOdds website, use its available media players, and follow links to creator content and community pages. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its availability, impersonate the creator, or attempt unauthorized access to its backend systems.

Brand, artwork, and content

IrregularOdds branding, original artwork, website design and creator-produced material are provided for viewing and personal use unless stated otherwise. Third-party platform logos, games, audio, videos and other content remain subject to their respective owners' rights and licenses. Embedding a video does not transfer ownership of that content to the site visitor.

Twitch, TikTok, YouTube, and links

Videos and platform features may be provided through embedded players or links operated by Twitch, TikTok or YouTube. Your use of those services remains subject to their rules, including the Twitch Terms, TikTok Terms and YouTube Terms of Service. We do not control every aspect of third-party players, availability, content moderation or account access.

Private IrregularOdds Publisher utility

IrregularOdds Publisher is an owner-operated video publishing automation, not a public sign-up service. Its use of Google OAuth and YouTube API Services is limited to publishing actions authorized by the relevant account owner. That owner is responsible for ensuring they have the rights to upload the content they submit and that uploads follow platform policies. The authorized user agrees to applicable YouTube terms and may revoke the Google authorization at any time.

Community and contributions

Irregulators are welcome to join the community without payment. Donations are never required to be an Irregulator. Optional support through Ko-fi or platform features is handled by the relevant third party and does not promise special access unless separately and clearly stated.

Visitors participating in third-party communities should follow the applicable community rules and treat others respectfully.

Availability and limitations

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but streams, data feeds, embeds, previews and external services may change, be delayed or become unavailable. Information displayed on the website is provided as available, and public analytics should not be interpreted as a guaranteed real-time record. Features may be changed, paused or removed without notice.

Updates and contact

We may revise these terms when the website changes. The effective update date is shown above. Questions about these terms can be directed to the operator via the IrregularOdds Discord community.
